Rules:

1.No person convicted of a sex crime or is on the registry shall reside in the house.

2.You must be employed with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

3.You must be actively working a program in either AA or NA.  This includes actively working with a sponsor and attending a minimum of 4 meetings per week.  Meetings must be in official meeting schedule to count.

4.No drugs or alcohol will be tolerated.

5.No tobacco in the house including electronic cigarettes or vaping.

6.No shoes from the outside are to be worn in the house.

7.Clean up after yourself.

8.Make your bed and keep your room picked up at all times.

9.All trash and recycles need to be placed in their appropriate places.

10.All chores must be completed on a timely basis.

11.No stealing will be tolerated.

12.No alterations to the house will be allowed.

13.No heaters or any other appliances are allowed in rooms.

14.Heavily soiled laundry items must be taken to a laundry mat and will not be washed in the house washer.

15.Do not touch other people’s items.  Ask for permission to use other people’s items or eat their food.

16.TVs & DVD players are allowed in rooms.  Cable boxes are not allowed in rooms.

17.Curfew will be 10PM Sun-Thu and 11PM Fri-Sat.Quiet time will begin every night at 10pm.

18.After 30 days at house, you may stay up to two nights out per week with a two day notice.  This must be cleared with your liaison.

19.You must disclose all medications to the liaison/houseman at all times.

20.Kids may stay up to three nights per week.  Any other guests may only be in common areas and must leave the house by curfew.

21.Only the houseman can touch the thermostat.

22.Breaking of state or federal laws will result in dismissal from house.

23.Rent is $125/week for singles and $100/week for doubles.  Rent is paid in advance for the coming week and is due on Sunday at the house meeting.  Deposit is $150, payable on move in; you must stay in the house for 3 months and give a 2 week notice to get deposit back.  Daily rate of $15/day will be charged for partial weeks.

24.If you have been in the house 30 days, you must be current on your rent at all times.  You must have prior approval for any exceptions.

25.You are expected to know and track your own balance.  Please keep your money order receipts.

26.There will be a house meeting on Sunday at a designated time.  Attendance is required unless you have prior permission.

27.There are two retreats per year that are mandatory.  The Deal Men’s Retreat in July and the Freedom Men’s Retreat in November.  Any exceptions must be cleared in advance with your liaison.


The following rules apply to persons within their first 30 days and are in addition to the above rules:

1.You will be assigned a mentor to help you get acclimated and answer your questions.

2.Your curfew is 9PM every day.

3.You will be required to attend the following meetings: The Deal (Wednesdays 7:30PM), Winners Meeting (Sundays 9:30AM).  Both of these meetings are at the White House, 1400 Pennsylvania Ave.

4.You have two weeks to be employed.  We have resources available to you if you need assistance.

5.You have two weeks to get a sponsor.  If you prefer, we can assign one to you.

6.You will be expected to have a zero balance at 30 days.  This includes your deposit.

Any violation of the rules will result in immediate removal from the house.  Rules are subject to change and anyone not agreeing with any changes in rules will be welcome to seek other living arrangements.
